As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak continues to evolve, Goodrow Door Solutions is actively monitoring the situation and will continue to manage its response accordingly and under guidance from local public health authorities in areas of operation. With Goodrow Door Solutions being a Garage Door Service & Repair company, the effect of the virus have been minimal to our operations considering the majority of our work is outdoors and can be performed 100% touch free. However, we are still taking steps to ensure the safety of our customers and staff and have a preparedness plan ready to implement should the need arise. Customer and employee safety is our top priority.
Goodrow Door Solutions is committed to a 100% touch free garage door service and repair experience. All garage door issues will be diagnosed 100% touch free and all invoicing will be completed digitally with strong regard toward social spacing as well as all homeowner data collection and information provided can be submitted to each customer via phone, text, email, virtual video to better assist during this time. Each employee of Goodrow Door Solutions has been deployed with safety measures and instructions to comply with all safety requirements and to ensure the health of our customers and staff. We have additionally provided instructions to staff for health reporting immediately upon any possible contact. This includes remote work as well.
